Still crazy about this NYC Archive site

It doesn’t strictly count as new stuff on the web but I’m still crazy about the NYC Archive website that lets you see hundreds of thousands of pictures from its history.

If you’ve ever been to New York, you realize that a lot of things can cost a lot there. But then, you also realize that the best things in life are free: NY Public Library, Central Park, lots of crazy street life.

And so it goes with this NYC Archive website. You can buy, yes, but you get to look for free. My favourite this week: this lazy look at the Hudson just by the UN.
